Unicorn was founded by Lauren O’Neill, who has led recruiting for various stage start ups and tech companies in the Silicon Valley for more than twenty years.

A former head of talent and hands on recruiter, Lauren is well versed in finding and hiring top talent, and is passionate about creating equitable processes that give employers the signals they need to make great hiring decisions, while providing candidates the space to be their authentic selves.

Using data and empathy to build, scale and inspire teams is her sweet spot.
